If leader can't understand needs, confusions, and challenges of programmers, or can't communicate in a way that programmers can relate to, well, it's like y're speaking a different language, isn't it? This kind of communication breakdown makes programmers feel like ir leaders don't h*e a clue.
Programmers, we're a passionate lot. We love our tech, we live for our tech, and we want our leaders to love it too. We expect m to guide us and support us, especially when we're facing those big, tough tech problems. If leader can't provide effective technical support or doesn't understand tech issues, well, that's like h*ing a coach who doesn't know how to play game, right?
